Suzuki Ertiga Crossover concept shown at IIMS
Maruti Suzuki Ertiga is one of the biggest Hit in country after Swift.Maruti cant meat the demand here.And Ertiga has large waiting period.Suzuki launched Ertiga in Indonesia and the result was same.Ertiga took the market like a storm.Maruti exported Ertiga from India.Now Maruti was not able to meet the demand.Indonesian dealers were complaining about the waiting period.So Suzuki decided to spice up the Ertiga model with couple of concept models.Which was shown in the Indonesia International Motor show.Suzuki has shown three versions of Ertiga.Ertiga Luxury,sport and cross over.Ertiga luxury is model which has some more luxury features more than the regular Ertiga.Next model was the Ertiga sporty which has some more body kits to get the sporty look.Front,side and Rear skirts.Along with a Rear spoiler.Also with dual ex-hosts and bigger wheels.
But the real eye catching concept was the Ertiga cross over.Suzuki has given a make over for the front end.New Honey comb grill with a Suzuki logo in the middle.Suzuki has redesigned the bumpers.There is two separate sections in the bumper.There is large air dam which runs across the front end.Suzuki has also placed LED lights below the head lamps.This certainly looks much better than the regular face.Side and rear has skirts which is done in black color.Like the sport concept Rear has twin tail pipes and a new bumper.Ertiga is powered by 1.4 K series engine.This engine powers all the three concepts.Suzuki will also launch a automatic ertiga in Indonesia soon.We can expect the automatic version later here.If Maruti bring this ertiga cross over in India.Then we are sure that this will be another hit in Maruti Hands.
