MotoGP Ezpeleta Urges long Term Suzuki Return Contract Only For 2014 Not Enough
If Suzuki wants to come back to MotoGP, then the manufacturer will have to sign a contract until at least 2016, with Dorna.
Dorna CEO Carmelo Ezpeleta Suzuki has made it clear that a return of the manufacturer in 2014 to MotoGP for him only an option, if it is guaranteed to at least the 2016th Suzuki was in late 2011 temporarily dropped out of the two-wheel pinnacle, because the Great Depression had by his own admission to a major impact on their own business. When a delegation from the manufacturer in August in Brno Ezpeleta met with the representatives confirmed, however, that a comeback is scheduled for 2014.
At that time they wanted to reconcile with the Dorna boss but only a one-year contract, to check on whether a further application is acceptable. According to MCN has Ezpeleta but made it clear that a return to a time being only one-year warranty for it is not acceptable and it is at least a three-year contract, which would then expire the same time as the currently running five-year contract from Honda, Ducati and Yamaha.
"They want to come back in 2014, but there is a minimum time frame for which they must commit. You asked about the possibility of coming back for a year, and we said no. We have with the present suppliers a contract for five years. If Suzuki wants to come back, then they must commit for 2014, 2015 and 2016 and were thus on the same line as the other producers, "said Ezpeleta.

MotoGP Espargaro Happy
Aleix Espargaro was pleased that he was able to secure in Valencia Prize for the best CRT driver. Randy de Puniet was less fortunate.
Aleix Espargaro secured eleventh place in Valencia the CRT title. "I am very happy because we were able to finally clear away the prize for the best CRT Driver of the Year", he rejoiced. The race he described as very funny. "In the grid, I was a little nervous about the tire choice I knew that I had with the slicks have gone faster, but it was very risky, so we opted for rain tires. There was a dry line, which was pretty unstable so used at the end only my teammate slicks. "
To start of the race itself Espargaro focused as best he could, until the tire disassembling it. "Then I swapped bikes. Ive been concentrating on, Randy [de Puniet] catch and when I passed him, I relaxed a bit to enjoy the race and ending up as far forward as possible," explained the Spaniards on. The season he valued as a decently. "The important thing is that I was supporting the team, which I really appreciate. Jorge [Martinez] has given me a lot of confidence from the start and I thank him and enjoy it, that we have achieved our goal."
Randy de Puniet was in Valencia Zwöfter. "Against all predictions, we decided to go with slicks when the track was still damp. I think it was a good choice." On Friday he felt good in similar circumstances, in the race, it looked different though. "I had no confidence in the front and I had a lot of problems to keep the bike upright. This meant that I often had to go far. Im a bit annoyed because I could have fought with a better feeling for a better place." Now that the season is over, the Frenchman wants to focus on good testing in the next week and is looking forward to a quiet winter.
