I saw there was a new version of the sky sports desktop player and having not had any luck with getting the previous version to work i decided to i am just getting a blue screen after it opens and nothing happens. 0 kudos reply. i don't think they have much power go get sky to sort the issue out as there is nothing they can do as it's. Logged back in and still a blue screen? i un-installed the sky player and rebooted the laptop. logged back in to virgin go, selected skysports football and this time i i clicked to download the sky player. selected sky sports football and got the blue screen only on the player?. Right click cisco videoguard player and click uninstall. then follow the on-screen instructions to uninstall this program. download the sky go app from the official sky website. then open the downloaded file and follow the on-screen instructions to install the app..
